Privacy Policy
This policy explains the personal information handled by the current WON OF ONE landing page.
Effective October 1, 2026
Who is responsible
Won of One is responsible for personal information under its control. Our Privacy Officer can be reached using the contact details below.
Information we collect
- Waitlist: your email address and subscription status when you choose to join.
- Site operation: hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, request time, and error data.
- Analytics: page views, browser information and newsletter popup, form submission and confirmation message events sent to PostHog, plus aggregate Cloudflare Web Analytics measurements. PostHog uses a temporary identifier kept only in page memory. We do not send your email or form contents to PostHog, use persistent analytics storage, create person profiles, record sessions or use advertising analytics.
- Contact: information you choose to send by email.
How we use information
We use information to send requested waitlist messages, operate and secure the landing page, answer inquiries, comply with law, and understand aggregate page performance. We limit collection to what is reasonably needed for those purposes.
Consent and marketing
We request express consent before sending your email to Kit for the marketing waitlist. You can unsubscribe through any marketing email. You may withdraw consent, subject to legal limits.
Analytics service provider
PostHog processes technical measurements to help us understand landing-page visits and newsletter form usage. URL query strings and fragments are removed before transmission. Our PostHog project is hosted in the United States. Browser Do Not Track is respected by this integration.
Email service provider
We use Kit to process waitlist subscriptions and send marketing email. Kit may process your email address outside Canada under its own privacy terms.
Retention, safeguards, and choices
We retain personal information only as long as reasonably needed for these purposes and legal obligations, then delete or de-identify it. We use safeguards appropriate to its sensitivity. You may ask to access or correct personal information, withdraw consent, or raise a concern. We may need to verify your identity.
Children and changes
The page is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information. We may update this policy when practices change; the effective date identifies the latest version.
